Welcome to the OnRoad Ride FAQ section! Here, we’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you get the best experience out of our ride-sharing app.

Booking a ride is easy:

  • Open the OnRoad Ride app.
  • Enter your pickup location and destination.
  • Choose your ride option (standard, premium, etc.).
  • Confirm your booking and track your driver in real-time.

After confirming your ride, you can track your driver in real-time through the app. Simply check the map in the app to see the driver’s location and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

We offer the following cashless payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Mobile Wallets
  • In-app Payment Gateways

Simply add your preferred payment method during the booking process.

Yes, you can cancel your ride. Please note that cancellations after a driver has been assigned may incur a cancellation fee. For more details, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.

After your ride, you will be prompted to rate your driver. You can give them a rating out of 5 stars and leave feedback to help improve our service.

You can report any issues directly through the app by selecting the ride in question and clicking “Report an Issue.” Alternatively, you can contact customer support via email at info@onroadride.com or call our helpline at +923466000155.

At this time, OnRoad Ride does not offer the option to select a specific driver. However, you can rely on our network of highly-rated and trusted drivers for a safe and pleasant experience.

If you’ve left an item in the vehicle, please contact the driver through the app or reach out to our support team. We will assist in retrieving your lost item.
